Comparison of HR Policies in Multinational Corporations
Abstract
The hiring, selection, training, and development procedures of multinational corporations in India and abroad are compared in this study. The differences and similarities in the policies that multinational firms have put in place are examined in this research.
The PEST environment and cultural norms of the countries in which they operate influence how businesses modify their HR practices. Globalization also plays an important role in setting clear guidelines for the HR laws that are being followed.
Human resources are no longer viewed as a burden but rather as an advantage. These days, businesses prioritize keeping talented workers rather than looking for cheap workers with lower skill levels. Nowadays, effective human resource management is seen as one element that gives a business a competitive edge. All companies are based on good human resource management.
