PROCESSES DEVELOPMENT AND CONTROL FOR MINIMUM MATERIAL CONDITION IN CNC MACHINING
Abstract
The main objectives of this study is machining the material with lower level tolerance (minimum material condition) using CNC machining and reducing the material weight. After machining, the random value for each part is to be measured and compare the normal distribution with mean shift causing an increase in reject and also materials saved for each part.
