University Circulars to Higher Authorities of an Institute

Abstract

These days, Universities upload the circulars any time on its website. There are many institutes affiliated to a university. The higher authorities of those institutes viz. principals, deans, heads of departments of all affiliated institutes need to know about those circulars. An institute authority should check the website every day to know about the circulars. It is preferred if a desktop application gives notification automatically, about the circular uploaded on a particular day. The desktop application should run 3 times a day during institute work timings, (i). Morning (ii). Afternoon (iii). Evening. If we want to see for any particular date or date range we can specify and see the circular text and related links of those dates. We are implementing a desktop application for our university, i.e., Gujarat Technological University.
