Abstract

In modern healthcare, medication non-adherence remains a significant challenge, especially for patients managing multiple drugs or chronic conditions. This project presents MediRemind, a web-based medicine reminder application designed to help users track, schedule, and receive timely notifications for their medications. The application integrates a user-friendly interface, customizable reminder schedules, and a history tracking system to foster consistent medicine adherence. Through usability testing and a pilot user study, we assess its effectiveness in improving adherence, user satisfaction, and reliability. Our preliminary results suggest that MediRemind can significantly improve medication-taking behavior and reduce missed doses, indicating its potential as a practical digital health tool for individuals and caregivers.
