Abstract

The Smart Task Manager is an integrated and intelligent platform designed to simplify task management for individuals and teams. The system provides secure authentication, authorization, role-based access, task creation and assignment, deadline tracking, workflow management, and real-time notifications through a centralized interface. It abstracts backend operations through RESTful APIs and provides user-friendly dashboards and Kanban boards for monitoring progress. Advanced capabilities include AI-based priority scoring, productivity insights, visual analytics, file attachments, comments, subtasks, and overdue-task detection. The methodology covers requirement analysis, modular system design, implementation, testing and validation, followed by a structured task-management workflow.
