Legaldocs AI

Varshini R, Kirthiga R

Abstract

LegalDocsAI is an AI-powered application designed to automate the creation, analysis, and management of legal documents for professionals, law firms, and organizations. The system integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to generate legally accurate, consistent, and context-aware documents with minimal human intervention. By processing user inputs such as document type, purpose, and legal clauses, the model produces precise and grammatically correct drafts instantly. The platform is developed using React.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL for secure local data management, while OpenAI’s NLP API powers the intelligent text generation and review features. This project demonstrates how AI-driven document automation can improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and reduce the workload of legal professionals through an intelligent, secure, and user-friendly web interface.
