Nurses' Mental Health and Their Work-Life Balance
Abstract
Nursing is a profession that has always been the backbone of the healthcare system. However, there is a hidden side to this profession, closely related to the mental health of nurses and their work-life balance. Many nurses, while attending to their daily duties and caring for patients, tend to neglect their own health, which affects their overall well-being. The aim of this article is to raise awareness about the challenges nurses face in managing their mental health and work-life balance, which is crucial for you as a nursing student to understand for your future career.
