Blood Flow Network: A Smart Blood Request and Donation Management System

Jangam Mahesh, Mohammed Abdul Muqsith Saad, Dr. Ch. Ramesh Babu, Dr. Meera Alphy, M Navya

Abstract

The Blood Flow Network system operates as a complete blood donation platform which users can access through their web browser and which operates using the Flask framework. The platform connects blood donors with recipients through secure channels which let users create profiles and control their medical information and personal details before submitting blood requests or donations based on their medical needs and geographic location. The system implements role-based access control and encrypted password handling to protect user data privacy and system integrity.

The platform functions as health-centric digital infrastructure by providing donor availability controls and message coordination features as well as feedback systems that establish trust among users. Users can generate PDF files of their donation records which they can use for personal documentation.

The Blood Flow Network system delivers simplicity through its user interface while maintaining robust backend architecture which makes it appropriate for live operations and student learning environments that demonstrate healthcare system database management and full-stack development principles.
