Optimizing Modern Supply Chain Networks: Strategies for Efficiency, Resilience, and Sustainability
Abstract
In today’s dynamic business environment, supply chain management plays a pivotal role in ensuring organizational competitiveness and operational efficiency. This study explores modern strategies for optimizing supply chain networks, focusing on enhancing efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. Analytical and computational models are employed to evaluate the impact of inventory policies, logistics optimization, and risk management practices on overall performance. Case studies from manufacturing and retail sectors are analyzed to identify best practices and practical challenges in implementing supply chain innovations. Results indicate that integrated approaches combining digital technologies, strategic sourcing, and predictive analytics significantly improve responsiveness, reduce operational costs, and minimize environmental impact. The findings provide actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers aiming to design robust and sustainable supply chain systems.
