Educational Training of Designing Bosses for Social Resemblance
Abstract
In the evolving postindustrial society, the principle of centralization in industrial processes is increasingly giving way to autonomy and accountability. This shift highlights the need for engineering master’s to integrate professional responsibility into their practice, guided by the cultural conformity principle. This article explores the necessity of embedding moral and ethical competencies in engineering education and advocates for a comprehensive approach to professional responsibility in higher education. By applying the cultural conformity principle, this study aims to establish effective educational conditions for engineering masters to develop value-oriented competencies essential for their future roles in production. A survey conducted at Orel State University examined the alignment of engineering graduates' competencies with industry expectations. Findings emphasize the importance of incorporating professional responsibility into the training of engineering masters to enhance their readiness for managerial roles. The proposed approach, grounded in metaethical principles, aims to refine pedagogical practices and align them with contemporary demands.
