LIFE LINK NEXUS: A Unified Web Platform for Integrated Healthcare and Emergency Services

Abstract


LIFE LINK NEXUS is a web-based platform designed to streamline urgent and routine healthcare services — medicine ordering, ambulance booking, blood and organ donation coordination, doctor appointment scheduling, and electronic FIR filing. The system provides three user roles (User, Admin, Maintainer) with role-appropriate interfaces and approval workflows. Built with a front-end stack (HTML/CSS/JavaScript — React may be used for richer UI), and Firebase as the backend (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions), the platform emphasizes secure user management, verifiable admin onboarding, real-time notifications, and reliable data storage/retrieval. This paper documents the problem, related work, system limitations, dataset design, implementation methodology, expected results and analysis, deployment plan, and references.
