Role and Benefits of Different Natural Foods and Fast Foods Items among Different Age Group
Abstract
This study is a case study-integrated and empirically-investigated analysis of how fast food items and natural food products impacts public health in both contexts and which interventions contribute the most towards hygiene practices improvement. The outcomes bring out a significant linkage between the hygiene fast food items and natural food products nexus for both rural and urban places, though the concerns differ, and public health interventions need to be framed in a context-specific manner. The paper finally concludes with recommendations about a dual approach to fast food items and natural food products that would prove critical to disease transmission within the populations of either rural or urban areas.
Results: According to survey, the most common problem associated with food items should be hypertension, hypoglycaemia and obesity, among these obesity was severe for adult ages person.
According to survey, data show that the most prefer food item was pizza among sandwich, burger, fries, and pizza. The most common reason to choose the items was through enjoying the taste of that food item.
Age Distribution
Children (0-18): On the basis of data collection the percentage of children consumed fast food is 5.3%. Obesity and hypertension are some of the main problem.
Young (18-21): On the basis of data collection the percentage of children consumed fast food is 47.4%. Stress and lifestyle changes are some of common problem.
Middle Age (Above 21) On the basis of data collection the percentage of children consumed fast food is 47.3%. On daily consumption the problem of obesity is most common in patients aged above 21.
