EduFlow- Intelligent Result Evaluation System
Abstract
EduFlow System is an AI-based Automated Result Analysis System designed to simplify and innovate the process of academic result management in educational institutions. In many colleges and universities, result processing still depends on manually entering marks into spreadsheets, calculating totals and percentages, preparing rank lists, and generating reports. This approach is time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to human error, especially when handling large volumes of student data.
The proposed system automates the entire workflow using Artificial Intelligence and data processing techniques. EduFlow System extracts student data from PDFs, Excel files, and university portals, validates the information, performs required calculations, including totals, percentages, grades, and rankings, and generates structured analytical reports. The EduFlow System reduces the need for manual input and ensures precise outcomes, thereby enhancing the efficiency and maintaining accuracy of managing academic results.
