Doctor Appointment Booking & Live Chat App
Abstract
The advancement of digital technologies has significantly improved the efficiency of healthcare services. This project presents the development of a Doctor Appointment Booking and Live Chat Application, designed to simplify the process of scheduling medical consultations and enhance patient–doctor interaction. The system enables users to search for doctors, check their availability, and book appointments in real time, reducing waiting time and improving service accessibility. In addition to appointment scheduling, the application incorporates a live chat feature that allows patients to communicate directly with doctors for preliminary consultations and quick assistance. The platform ensures secure user authentication, efficient appointment management, and real-time updates through a user-friendly interface. By integrating modern web technologies and real-time communication mechanisms, the system provides a reliable and scalable solution for digital healthcare services. This project highlights how technology-driven applications can improve patient engagement, streamline hospital workflows, and contribute to more accessible and efficient healthcare delivery.
